The neckline, shoulders and hem of the linen dress are embroidered with silk, gold and silver threads. A silver tree with red fruit can be seen between two symmetrically arranged golden lions. The textile comes from the Ambras collection of Archduke Ferdinand II and was kept together with other "exotic" items of clothing in the so-called "Variokasten".
