This carriage was built for Prince Leopold of Bourbon-Salerno, a son-in-law of the Emperor Franz I. As he was rather corpulent, his hunting carriage was equipped with a revolving seat: he was thus able to kill the game being driven towards him without having to move from his seat. (MKR)
