Gala service dress of a household officer of the imperial court

Das Gala-Dienstkleid aus rotem Tuch mit reicher Goldstickerei weist den Träger als Bediensteten des Obersthofmeisteramtes (I. Kategorie, 2. Besoldungsklasse) aus. Es wurde bei hochrangigen Anlässen von Ludwig Troszt (1875-1955) getragen, der seit 1916 Hofkoch I. Klasse war. Das gleiche Dienstkleid wurde auch von den kaiserlichen Kammerdienern, den Hofsilber-Verwahrern und den Hoftafel-Aufsehern getragen. (MKR)
