(in German language)

In the first half of the 20th century, theatre visionary Richard Teschner developed the so-called figure mirror with the help of modern technical achievements. With the help of precise movement mechanisms, he had his figures dance pantomimically in front of an adult audience in a highly expressive way. Video excerpts from the Sun Dance, the original stage and lighting plans as well as explanations of the backstage are intended to give an insight into how Teschner's ‘show plays’ can still be experienced today in the theatre museum.
