(in German language)

How the Wagenburg team succeeded in discovering and rescuing the last surviving summer carriage of Emperor Franz Joseph - a look behind the scenes at the interaction of historical, art-historical and conservation research in the museum: after years of painstaking work, an inconspicuous carriage from the Stadl Paura stud farm, which had been altered many times, was identified as Emperor Franz Joseph's ‘Leib-Victoria No. 10’, which was believed to be lost, and its original appearance, hidden under many layers of overpainting and rust, was brought back to light.
