Im Zentrum sind die berittenen Brüder Karl V. und Ferdinand I. zu sehen, umgeben von Bildnissen ihrer Ahnen und Verwandten, römischer Imperatoren und antiker Weltkönige sowie von Wappen ihrer Länder. Die Spielsteine tragen literarische Szenen.
