Spanish livery of a coachman in the coronation procession

Der Imperialwagen, die vornehmste Kutsche des Wiener Hofes, die nur bei höchstrangigen Ereignissen ausfuhr, wurde von berittenen Kutschern und Mitteljungen in der hier gezeigten "Spanischen Livree" begleitet. Sie ist den habsburgischen Hausfarben schwarz-gelb gehalten und besteht aus einem knielangen Samtrock mit breiter Seidenschärpe, der mit einem Barett mit Federn, einer Rokokoperücke und Stöckelschuhen mit großer Masche kombiniert wurde.
