Büchsenspanner waren die persönlichen Bediensteten des Herrn, die ihn auch auf der Jagd begleiteten. Beim Jagddienst trugen sie diesen schönen Mantel ("Quäker") aus grauem Loden mit Aufschlägen aus grünem Tuch und vergoldeten Doppeladlerknöpfen. (MKR)
