Standing figure of Shepses-ptah

This sculpture (like the standing figure ÄS 7508) was one of the many statues discovered in the mastaba of Shepses-ptah. The tomb owner wears a short curled wig and a kilt with a projecting panel created by overlapping one end and tucking it into the belt at his waist.
