Der mumienförmige Sarkophag fällt vor allem durch das übergroße Gesicht auf. Der harte Stein ist sehr gut poliert, die fein gearbeiteten Darstellungen und Texte sind sorgfältig graviert. Diese bedecken fast die gesamte Oberfläche. Es sind unter anderem Figuren von Jenseitsgöttern, die Anbetung der Sonne, der Ba-Vogel und die Mumie auf der Bahre abgebildet. Die Inschriften enthalten eine Idealbiographie und Jenseitstexte.
