Diese Stele entspricht einem im Neuen Reich entwickelten Typus: Über der rechteckigen Stele ist als Abschluß ein dreieckiger Aufsatz, eine Art Pyramidion, angebracht. Dieser sitzt auf einer Hohlkehle auf. Um das eigentliche Stelenfeld, auf dem Imen-hetep beim Opfern vor Göttern und seine Familie zu sehen sind, ist ein Inschriftenband angebracht. Die Texte enthalten Gebete an die Götter und die Namen und Titel der dargestellten Personen.
