19. Dynastie, frühe Regierungszeit Merenptahs, um 1235 v. Chr., Assiut (vermutlich)
Die knapp unterlebensgroße, beschriftete Standfigur zeigt den Leiter des Speicherwesens von Ober- und Unterägypten Sa-astet (Siese) in langem, plissiertem Gewand. In seiner Linken hält er einen Stab mit Schakalkopf, dem Emblem des Gottes Wepwawet. Die Inschriften der Statue, die im unteren Bereich nicht fertiggestellt ist, bezeugen, daß sie im Tempel des Wepwawet in Assiut aufgestellt war.
