TORY BEHOLD, STORY BE TOLD
A collaboration between the Kunsthistorisches Museum and Universität für angewandte Kunst, Vienna Art Week 2010Curated by Brigitte Kowanz
As part of Vienna Art Week 2010, the Universität für angewandte Kunst Vienna is showing contemporary art set in a direct art-historical reference with a localised intervention. Works by Friedrich Biedermann, Max Frey, Nikolaus Gansterer, Wietske Maas, Constantin Luser, Julie Monaco, Lllevine* and the artists’ duo, kozek hörlonski, focus on the interface between (old and contemporary) art, architecture and the media. All the artists studied Transmedia Art with the exhibition curator, Brigitte Kowanz, and have become successful in their own right.
