Dieses Relieffragment stammt vermutlich aus der Wand eines Privatgrabes. Es zeigt einen nach links gewendeten Kopf einer Frau. Sie trägt eine Perücke aus Strähnen und Zöpfen, die teilweise den scheibenförmigen Ohrschmuck verdecken. Um den Kopf der Frau ist ein verziertes Band gewunden. Über der Stirn der Frau ist eine aufgeblühte Lotosblüte. Am Auge und der Braue sind Schminkstriche angebracht. Unter dem Auge sind mit feinen Linien wohl Tränen wiedergegeben. Typisch für die Zeit, aus der das Relief stammt, ist die Darstellung der Fältchen am Hals.
